Keyboard shortcuts
Global and in-app shortcuts, and how to change them.
Global shortcuts
Global shortcuts work from any application, even when TaskDock is hidden.
| Action | Default | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Summon TaskDock | Ctrl + Space | Shows and focuses the mini window. Never hides it. |
| Quick add task | Ctrl + Shift + Space | Opens the quick-add field |
| Focus on current task | Ctrl + Alt + F | Starts focus on the current task |
| Pause / resume focus | none | Assign one in Settings |
| Complete current task | none | Assign one in Settings |
| Hide window | none | Assign one in Settings |
Changing them
Settings → Shortcuts. Click a field and type the new combination, or clear it to disable that shortcut. If another application already owns the combination, you will see:
This shortcut is already being used by another application.
Pick a different one. Nothing changes until registration succeeds.
In the app
